LC Surveyors Ltd. was established in 1992. Since the establishment, our offices have grown to a size of 40 professionals and supporting staff. Our principal staff comprise Building Surveyors and General Practice Surveyors, Architectural and Interior Designers, Engineers, Investment Consultants, Arbitrators, Valuers and other competent and dedicated professionals, who are initially core staff from various international properties consultants and government departments. Most of the senior professionals have more than 15 years of experience practising in the Building and Construction Industry.
Our staff are all bi-lingual who can speak and write fluent Chinese and English. Communication and response is direct and decsive.
